Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of dining room layout, table/seat numbers, and restaurant procedures.
• Answer telephone within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Take, record, and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations.
• Monitor the preparation of assignments, ensuring compliance to departmental standards.
• Ensure menus and check folders are clean and in sufficient quantity.
• Greet guests at the entrance and seat them according to floor plan.

Requirements

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Ability to anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Organizational skills to handle waiting lines and reservations effectively.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation procedures and standards.
