Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
