Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Ensure the privacy and security of guests’ belongings and rooms.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Adhere to all hotel safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
