Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings for Room Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and pantries to ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct on-the-job training for Room Attendants.
• Maintain effective employee relations.
• Check and maintain equipment and machines used.
• Ensure special attention is given to VIP rooms.

Requirements

• University Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a 4-5 Star Hotel.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain effective employee relations.
• Proper grooming at all times.
