Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily briefings for Room Attendants.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and pantries to ensure cleanliness.
- Conduct on-the-job training for Room Attendants.
- Maintain effective employee relations.
- Check and maintain equipment and machines used.
- Ensure special attention is given to VIP rooms.
Requirements
- University Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a 4-5 Star Hotel.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain effective employee relations.
- Proper grooming at all times.
