Key Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage daily activities and coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms, communicating changes in room assignments.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, addressing their service needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 55 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
