Job Overview
We are looking for an HR & Accounting Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting core accounting and payroll processes. This role is execution-focused and works closely with Management and Finance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth internal operations. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across HR and basic accounting functions in a structured, approval-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track attendance, leave, probation, and contract renewals.
- Support payroll preparation and WPS coordination.
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with PROs and external service providers.
- Assist with payroll inputs, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Support Accounts Payable by coordinating invoices and records.
- Support Accounts Receivable by maintaining SOA and follow-ups.
- Maintain organised financial and HR filing systems.
- Assist with audit and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR with accounting or payroll exposure.
- Arabic speaker (preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience with payroll and WPS coordination.
- Strong Excel and documentation skills.
