Job Overview

We are looking for an HR & Accounting Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting core accounting and payroll processes. This role is execution-focused and works closely with Management and Finance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth internal operations. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across HR and basic accounting functions in a structured, approval-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Track attendance, leave, probation, and contract renewals.
  • Support payroll preparation and WPS coordination.
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee queries.
  • Coordinate with PROs and external service providers.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Support Accounts Payable by coordinating invoices and records.
  • Support Accounts Receivable by maintaining SOA and follow-ups.
  • Maintain organised financial and HR filing systems.
  • Assist with audit and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR with accounting or payroll exposure.
  • Arabic speaker (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Experience with payroll and WPS coordination.
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills.
