Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives.

  • Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives within assigned business units and locations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
  • Support organizational change management efforts and foster a positive work culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and experience with data analysis for reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
