Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives.

- Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives within assigned business units and locations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Support organizational change management efforts and foster a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and experience with data analysis for reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
