Key Responsibilities
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Associate or similar role (2 years+ preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
