Key Responsibilities
- Support various HR functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Participate in the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and assist with data analysis and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest and passion for a career in Human Resources, particularly within the beauty industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
