Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational support.
- Support various stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR database management.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration).
- Strong passion for a career in Human Resources, particularly within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
