    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately process North American payroll in a timely manner.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and company policies.
    • Perform regular reconciliation of payroll data and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
    • Provide comprehensive support for HR-related inquiries, specifically regarding payroll.
    • Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other relevant internal teams.
    • Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Payroll Analyst, with exposure to North American payroll regulations.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
    • Proficiency in using payroll software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
