Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process North American payroll in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and company policies.
- Perform regular reconciliation of payroll data and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide comprehensive support for HR-related inquiries, specifically regarding payroll.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other relevant internal teams.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Payroll Analyst, with exposure to North American payroll regulations.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
