Antofagasta plc is seeking a HR Supervisor (Management) to join their team in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing people services and management functions, contributing to effective human resources operations within a leading international copper producing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of people services and HR management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and support initiatives effectively.
- Coordinate and streamline recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy and departmental goals.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources or people services management (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Chilean labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
