Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures for into-plane operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international HSE regulations.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to staff.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Coordinator, preferably in aviation or fuel operations.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Proficiency in using HSE management systems.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
