Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, programs, and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international HSE standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
