Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working practices.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HSSE matters to management and employees.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training programs and continuous awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and report on HSSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSSE Manager, preferably within the energy, maritime, or defence sectors.
- Strong understanding of relevant HSSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HSSE strategies.
- Proficiency in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
