Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR information systems.
• Help organize and facilitate HR-related events and training programs.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements

• Strong interest in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information ethically.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in HR.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
