Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals for multiple brands.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees on a range of HR issues.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support organizational change management and development initiatives across the group.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Proven experience in the retail, wellness, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
