Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of Omorfia Group.
• Provide expert HR guidance and support to management and employees across various brands.
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build high-performing teams.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks effectively.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to influence positive outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
