Gallega Logistics is seeking a HR Business Partner in Dubai. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for overseeing and leading the complete HR function for Gallega Logistics, acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and ensuring people strategy, workforce planning, and HR governance are fully aligned with operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Fleet leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning for peak and non-peak cycles.
  • Manage employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
  • Drive performance management cycles for operational and support teams.
  • Support salary reviews, promotions, incentives, and overtime frameworks aligned with logistics benchmarks.
  • Ensure accurate employee data, contracts, and documentation in HR systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years as an HRBP or Human Resources Manager/HR Head.
  • Mandatory experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain.
  • Experience in multi-site, high-volume, operational environments.
