    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Process HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team and employees, addressing inquiries as needed.
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a human resources administrative or coordinator role (2 years+ preferred).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
