Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Process HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and employees, addressing inquiries as needed.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a human resources administrative or coordinator role (2 years+ preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
