Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives, programs, and policy implementation.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR support or coordination role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
