Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support performance management cycles and contribute to employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational policies, and best HR practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR coordination or generalist role, preferably 5 years or more.
  • Strong understanding of Dominican labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
