Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Support performance management cycles and contribute to employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational policies, and best HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR coordination or generalist role, preferably 5 years or more.
- Strong understanding of Dominican labor laws and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
