Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate HR activities across construction sites and labor camps.
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing, and renewals.
- Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle payroll preparation, including overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR within a building construction or MEP company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll systems, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
