Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Administer HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
