Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and operational support.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
- Demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
