Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and maintain accurate HR information systems.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on various HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
