Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and maintain accurate HR information systems.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on various HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
