    Key Responsibilities

    • Support and guide the management of employee relations in the workplace, including discipline and grievances.
    • Provide general operational support to the HR department, including ERP related administrative functions.
    • Manage the effective onboarding and offboarding processes and related queries.
    • Support the team with visa and license administrative responsibilities.
    • Actively participate and support the recruitment and selection process.
    • Monitor and guide the Physician credentialing process for the business unit.

    Requirements

    • A relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a human resources related environment.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office) and skilled in the use of spreadsheet analysis techniques.
    • Application of project management principles.
    • Financial management principles.
