Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide the management of employee relations in the workplace, including discipline and grievances.
- Provide general operational support to the HR department, including ERP related administrative functions.
- Manage the effective onboarding and offboarding processes and related queries.
- Support the team with visa and license administrative responsibilities.
- Actively participate and support the recruitment and selection process.
- Monitor and guide the Physician credentialing process for the business unit.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a human resources related environment.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and skilled in the use of spreadsheet analysis techniques.
- Application of project management principles.
- Financial management principles.
