Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in various recruitment processes, including candidate screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
- Provide support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle events.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources operations or administration, preferably 5+ years.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and local labor laws.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
