Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in various recruitment processes, including candidate screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle events.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources operations or administration, preferably 5+ years.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and local labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
