    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all HVAC systems.

    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff related to HVAC systems.

    • Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance and repair activities.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
    • Strong technical knowledge of various HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Physical capability to perform demanding duties, including lifting, bending, and working in varied conditions.
    • Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
