Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage introducing brokers (IBs).
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the IB network.

• Foster strong relationships with IBs and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing introducing brokers or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading and financial derivatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Proficiency in relevant trading platforms and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
