Key Responsibilities

• Caseworking Immigration cases across different client accounts.
• Using case management system to record cases, save documents and track progress.
• Providing seniors with updates in relation to cases.
• Preparing document guidelines for new processes.
• Drafting short advisory notes over email.
• Assisting with research and liaising with Immigration authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Preferably a minimum of one year in an Immigration or Global Mobility environment.
• Experience working in a professional service industry.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle high case volumes.
