Key Responsibilities

• Support students with diverse learning needs in various classroom settings.
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the teaching staff.
• Assist with classroom management and organizational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Passion for education and supporting student development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with students of all abilities.
• Basic understanding of inclusive education principles is a plus.
