Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for all M365 related issues.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and data governance of Microsoft 365 services.
- Plan and implement M365 projects, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users on M365 functionalities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M365 Expert or in a similar IT administration role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, services, and best practices.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a public institution environment and adapt to its specific requirements.
