Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and networks.
• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of new IT infrastructure and solutions.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and assist with data protection measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical defense operations.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in information technology support, preferably in a defense environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
