Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and networks.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of new IT infrastructure and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and assist with data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical defense operations.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in information technology support, preferably in a defense environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
