- Providing technical support to end-users.

- Administering email platforms like Microsoft Exchange, or similar.
Requirements
- Managing email security tools (Mimecast or similar).
- Manage email archiving systems (Barracuda Message Archive or similar).
- Handle backup operations using Veeam or similar.
- Manage endpoints through ManageEngine, SCCM, or similar.
- Maintain endpoint protection with Cylance, CrowdStrike, or similar EDR.
