Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and data.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Oversee system backups, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support application deployment and scalability.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting global operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to drive projects and mentor staff.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, MCSA) are highly desirable.
