Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming RFQs for RoRo, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo with timely and accurate pricing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, service sheets, and pricing structures aligned with GT margins and commercial governance.
- Act as the primary contact point for customers on quotations, booking queries, schedules, documentation, and operations status.
- Update all RFQs, leads, quotations, and customer interactions in the CRM with 100% accuracy.
- Track conversion ratios and provide weekly performance and activity reports.
- Engage closely with GTMS operations, terminals, marketing, documentation, customer service, and finance teams.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience within freight forwarding/logistics focused on RORO & Breakbulk / Project Cargos.
- Experience in Breakbulk, RoRo, or MPP operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and structured reporting.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi/Urdu/other languages desired.
