Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and generate new sales leads for renewable energy solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and identify their specific energy needs and interests.
  • Present Enpal’s integrated energy systems, including solar, battery, and heat pump solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates with a strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
