Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Effectively present and sell Etihad’s products and services to customers.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to optimize strategies and market penetration.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Strong customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
