Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for drilling equipment and services.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular, detailed reports to management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving lead generation activities.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a preference for backgrounds in drilling or industrial equipment sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a track record of motivating sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse clients.
- Ability to understand complex technical product specifications and articulate clear value propositions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools for effective pipeline management.
- Residency in UAE or a clear willingness to relocate for the position.
