Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of civil construction works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Monitor the quality of materials used and workmanship for all civils aspects of projects.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and site activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civils Inspector or similar role in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
