Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections and dimensional measurements of materials and components.
  • Verify material certifications, test reports, and other quality documentation.
  • Identify and report any non-conforming materials or quality discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, codes, and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and suppliers to resolve material-related issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Material Inspector, preferably within the infrastructure or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of material standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and material data sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for clear reporting and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic project environment.
