Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in the EU region.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Binance’s product suite.
- Drive adoption and usage of Binance’s blockchain and cryptocurrency offerings.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform product development.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance) to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services or account management, preferably within financial services or technology.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Residency in Dubai, UAE, or willingness to relocate.
