Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs in logistics and general subjects for defense personnel.
- Provide instruction on MRO lifecycle support, heavy-utility vehicles, and ground support equipment.
- Ensure training content aligns with OEM and international standards.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date curriculum.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an instructor, preferably in a defense or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and defense ground support equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
