Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of interior finishes and installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Document inspection findings, including identifying defects and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality control records.
• Learn and apply relevant building codes, industry standards, and company specific procedures.
• Support the project team in achieving high-quality interior project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality in construction and finishes.
• Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and interior finishes.
• Excellent observational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse project stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic architectural and engineering environment.
