Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and operations.
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining practical experience.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging employee experience.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources within the luxury retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
