Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage various internship programs from planning to execution.
  • Support the intern recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for interns, mentors, and partner institutions.
  • Monitor intern performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with all program policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of the internship initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
