Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics within the data center sector.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the investment team in structuring, negotiating, and executing strategic deals.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on various projects to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
