Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the origination and execution of M&A, capital markets, and project finance transactions.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence analyses for complex deals.
- Prepare and present client pitches, marketing materials, and internal approval documents.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships within the Renewables, Power & Natural Resources sectors in Asia.
- Mentor and supervise junior banking professionals, providing guidance and feedback.

Requirements
- Proven experience in investment banking or related financial services, with a focus on Renewables, Power, or Natural Resources.
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
