Key Responsibilities

• Run investor processes for companies that clear Pairs' diligence, from initial approach to follow-up and meetings.
• Bring and develop investor relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angels, and funds.
• Manage investor conversations and judge which investors will commit capital.
• Collaborate directly with co-founders and the investor team in a flat organizational structure.
• Own investor relationships and ensure ongoing engagement between opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working on live capital raises or M&A processes, including running investor or buyer outreach.
• Hold personal investor relationships and be able to explain their origins.
• Understand investor needs before meetings and how to engage busy investors.
• Maintain a high bar for precision and treat discretion as second nature.
• Proficient in using AI tools daily with sound judgment.
